Establish the AI estate.
Identify systems, individual uses, operating entities, suppliers and accountable owners. Begin with what the organization actually does.
Explore the AI RegisterRegulatory requirements do not manage themselves. They must be interpreted in context, assigned to people, translated into work and supported by evidence. That is the problem arxacta is designed to solve.
An organization can have an AI policy, a register of tools and a collection of assessments, yet still struggle to answer a basic question: what obligations apply to this specific use of AI, and what has actually been done about them?
That answer may sit across legal opinions, supplier documents, procurement records, emails and decisions made by different teams. If those records are disconnected, the organization cannot easily reconstruct who was responsible, which legal provisions were considered or what evidence supported the outcome.
We believe regulatory compliance should be managed as an ongoing organizational process, not assembled retrospectively when an audit, supplier change or regulatory inquiry arrives.
Legal responsibilities under the EU AI Act depend on more than the name of a software product. Intended purpose, operating context, affected people, organizational role and applicable dates all matter.
A system that supports routine internal work should not automatically be treated as equivalent to one used to evaluate job applicants. Likewise, the obligations of a provider can differ materially from those of a deployer.
That is why arxacta treats an AI system, its individual use cases and the organization's legal roles as related but distinct records. Applicability comes before assigning compliance work.
arxacta brings the regulatory question, responsible work and supporting record into one connected management process.

Explore evidence and auditsA dependable management system must preserve legal precision without taking judgment away from the people responsible for it.
Not every obligation applies to every organization, system or use. The legal basis and relevant conditions must come first.
Software can structure assessments and decisions. It cannot replace responsible review, legal judgment or the applicable conformity processes.
Systems, use cases, obligations, suppliers, controls and evidence should reference each other rather than fragment across unrelated workflows.
A new supplier, a modified use or an amended provision can require reassessment. Earlier decisions and their context must remain traceable.
It is a maintained position: what an organization uses, which obligations apply, who is responsible, what was decided, and how that decision can be supported later. arxacta is designed to make that position coherent throughout the lifecycle of AI use.
Our ambition is reliable regulatory management infrastructure, not a promise of automatic legal compliance.
